I called for appointment 3weeks ago they scheduled me on the 3rd of September and when i called the same day to make sure it’s good they told me your appointment was yesterday the 2nd September and the doctor is not here on Wednesdays.there’s no notification on appointments it was travel check up I can’t another appointment it’s disappointing
I was a little hesitant about making an appointment here because of some of the reviews but I decided to make my own opinion. The person at the front was very helpful, the doctor's assistant spoke Spanish and made my visit much easier, the most important thing was that in just a few days my results were ready, it was faster than I thought. I definitely recommend it!
I was unsure about the drive to the center due to the distance since all the closest centers were unavailable then, but it was all worth coming here because everyone was good, and they always sent reminders to you and follow-up calls. Excellent service from the doctor and the nurses, and they are diligent in what they are doing.
Dr.Odam and the staff were great I had pleasent experience.
