I have been a patient of Dr Croteaus since I transferred care from Dedham, MA where I worked in 2018 to now closer to home. I was with her while she was at Sterling Family Practice and now at Reliant in Leominster. I am always treated with the utmost respect. She is an excellent diagnostician and has years of experience in both internal medicine and pulmonary medicine. Dr Croteau is the best Dr I’ve had in years. I’ve been with Reliant Medical for about 10 years. She took her time with the visit, listened and was very thorough. I didn’t feel rushed through the visit, she was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend!
Dr. Croteau is the first doctor I have ever had as an adult that has made me feel seen and heard. She has called me on off hours to check on how I was doing. She has sympathized with me when going through some health issues, and she has encouraged me to make changes in my life in a very nonjudgmental way. Hands down the best PCP I have ever had.
Nice but she seemed very distracted when she was my PCP. In the summer of 2022 She diagnosed me with a pretty serve problem but never followed up or guided me to necessary treatments. When I demanded more help in the February of 2023, she agreed to see me and kept claiming my symptoms were not that bad when I mentioned that I was in pain. She finally did a blood test and when the results came in, she was gone from the organization. I was not feeling better and the results were not good.
