This has to be by far the worst customer service of any place that’s in the food industry. Didn’t even get the chance to try the food let alone order anything, the lady in the front has the most terrible attitude. Who ever the owner is (I hope it wasn’t the lady in the front) really needs to change the staff members if they want to succeed.

Tenía mucho tiempo que no compraba en este lugar por 11 panes me cobraron $30 el pan mucho más chiquito que antes y el servicio pésimo la persona cobrando ni siquiera saluda párese que nos está regalando lo que venden jamás vuelvo a ese lugar

Pésimo servicio al cliente, en persona súper mal servicio por llamada igual, me atendieron como si les estaba pidiendo que me regalaran el producto las mujeres que trabajan aquí no son nada de amables. Y eran las 8:30 cuando llamé y me dijeron que si llegaba antes de las nueve si me podían atender porque después de las 9 ya no atendían y en el horario dice que cierran a las 9:30 pésimo servicio y para terminar la señora me dejó hablando sola 🤦‍♀️ el pan y pasteles muy ricos pero la atención como lo vuelvo a repetir es pésim... read more

This is one of my favorite places in the Columbia area! I love trying new pastries and finding what I like. A note for my fellow gringos: when you enter, look to the right and grab a clean tray and some tongs. Then grab whatever looks good from the cabinets and remember that it's CASH ONLY. Most pastries are $1 or $1.50 each. The torta bread (usually on bread racks to the left) is particularly good. Try everything! They are open long hours every day. Be kind to the staff!
