Horrible experience with Dr. Andrea Jue, the nurse, and staff. This doctor just wanted you to go in blind to do the procedure and get her payment without taking responsibility. Dr. Andrea Jue has no care for the patients, doesn’t want to explain anything, and if you ask questions, she and her nurse would give you an attitude and make you feel like you’re stupid for even asking questions about your own health. Dr. Jue is the eye surgeon for my entire family. My grandmother was very nervous and hesitant to proceed with cataract surgery until we came into contact with Dr. Jue. Now my grandmother no longer needs glasses because of Dr. Jue.
