The friendliest, most professional, most thorough place I have experienced when it comes to my eyes. Dr butler is best in the city and I always laugh with his Filipino assistants who do the eye exams / scans and drops. They make getting your eyes checked a hilarious time! Don’t go anywhere else! Great place for eye care.
We arrived for a 2:30 pm appointment yesterday. Waiting room was full. After 1 hour, a number of elderly patients were complaining about the 2 hours they had been waiting and were told it would be another hour. After 2 hours of waiting, I checked with the receptionist and was told it would be a couple of more hours. It was now 4:30. At that point we left and will reschedule. Everyone waiting was there for Dr. Panaich. At no time, did they receptionist or Dr Panaich advise of the lengthy delays. This is not acceptable for me ... read more
I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. When I arrived, there were over 20 patients already waiting, and there weren’t enough seats for everyone. I waited about 1 hour and 30 minutes just for a quick 5-minute eye check. Dr. Butler only spent about 2 minutes with me and told me I didn’t need the procedure that my own optometrist had carefully checked and referred me for.
