Three years after my first visit to Dr. Michael Butler, I am still seeing him because of a condition of my eyes which needs regular checking. He is a good doctor. I will depend forever on him to maintain the health of my eyes.
Terrible service from the clinic manager, she is very rude and unprofessional, she refused to have a family member of a senior patient talk to the doctor for patient’s health concerns which is very unreasonable. She even abruptly ordered her staff to cancel the appointment after the patient’s family insisted talking to the doctor. Horrible attitude. This clinic’s practice needs to be evaluated by the college.
I cannot praise the professionalism and efficiency enough. On top of the medical proficiency, the staff friendliness and efficiency was an added bonus. Having waited for over a year to see an ophthalmologist on Vancouver Island, I was seen, assessed and operated on for a detaching retina and cataracts within a few months whilst still on the waiting list to even be seen on V.I. My sincere thanks to Dr's. Michael and David and their entire staff for their care and attention.
Dr. Orton very thorough in examining my eyes.. Jeff is very friendly, accommodating and knows what he is doing.. I will recommend Oculos Richmond to check your eyes..
Dr Andrea Butler did a very good cataract surgery, I can see better now and Jeff was very good assisting us with good sense of humor and a kind heart.
