We arrived for a 2:30 pm appointment yesterday. Waiting room was full. After 1 hour, a number of elderly patients were complaining about the 2 hours they had been waiting and were told it would be another hour. After 2 hours of waiting, I checked with the receptionist and was told it would be a couple of more hours. It was now 4:30. At that point we left and will reschedule. I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. When I arrived, there were over 20 patients already waiting, and there weren’t enough seats for everyone. I waited about 1 hour and 30 minutes just for a quick 5-minute eye check. Dr. Butler only spent about 2 minutes with me and told me I didn’t need the procedure that my own optometrist had carefully checked and referred me for. Dr MICHAEL did an excellent job with my cataract surgey, I go every 6 months now so he can take care of my eyes. His staff, JEFF, is very kind to me all the time, friendly & approachable with good sense of humor, always makes me laugh so an hour wait is worth it! Will recommend to anyone!!!
Extremely Frustrating Experience – Would Not Recommend I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience with Oculus Eye has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Very Difficult to Reach the Front Desk: I had to call multiple times, waiting over 10 minutes each time just to speak to someone.
