Extremely Frustrating Experience – Would Not Recommend I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience with Oculus Eye has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Very Difficult to Reach the Front Desk: I had to call multiple times, waiting over 10 minutes each time just to speak to someone. Three years after my first visit to Dr. Michael Butler, I am still seeing him because of a condition of my eyes which needs regular checking. He is a good doctor. I will depend forever on him to maintain the health of my eyes.
Terrible service from the clinic manager, she is very rude and unprofessional, she refused to have a family member of a senior patient talk to the doctor for patient’s health concerns which is very unreasonable. She even abruptly ordered her staff to cancel the appointment after the patient’s family insisted talking to the doctor. Horrible attitude. This clinic’s practice needs to be evaluated by the college.
