Big thanks to Dean and the Oculus Dexter team. I’ve had some ongoing issues with my eyes, they made room to see me even though they were fully booked and have gone a long way to helping me resolve the issues permanently and also fitted me out with glasses to wear while I’m on the laptop that have also helped immensely. Thanks again, fantastic store and service. 5 stars, would recommend.

I’ve been wearing glasses for decades, as has my partner, and we’ve seen many optometrists and tried lenses from a range of companies over the years. I ordered a pair of frames online in an emergency while they were closed over the Christmas break. They kindly reached out to inform me it would be a couple of weeks wait and when I explained the situation they went out of their way to arrange to have the frames shipped directly from the manufacturer instead. It was a pleasure to encounter such wonderful customer service!
