I ordered a pair of frames online in an emergency while they were closed over the Christmas break. They kindly reached out to inform me it would be a couple of weeks wait and when I explained the situation they went out of their way to arrange to have the frames shipped directly from the manufacturer instead. It was a pleasure to encounter such wonderful customer service!
