I just wanted to take a moment and thank the staff —— my husband lost his eye after years and years of traumatic surgeries for an eye injury he got from a car accident as a teenager —— from the moment we entered the building we felt like family . Nothing less than perfection, from the minute you walk thru the door you feel the warmth and caring insuring your experience will be nothing less than perfect. There are not a lot of businesses that can make a prosthetic eye but I'll bet none of them out there put the caring and compassion into their process like Angela and her staff at Ocular Restoration. Have recently given business a second chance. It's under New Management and staff. As prior review stated, Ocularist was wonderful and did fantastic job. Issue was with office personnel. New receptionist/office lady, Angel, is very pleasant and actually listens for responses. Joe the business manager did everything to make my prior experience right and took time to hear where things went wrong with prior staff. I have been coming to see Tammy and now Angela for 24 years now and can truly say this team is unbelievable. Everyone I’ve ever met here has been wonderful and so caring. Angela made my most recent prosthetic and it is beautiful and others cannot even tell it’s not real. I am truly thankful everyday for the wonderful ladies in this office who allow me to live a normal life because of my eye. I cannot recommend them enough.
