Have recently given business a second chance. It's under New Management and staff. As prior review stated, Ocularist was wonderful and did fantastic job. Issue was with office personnel. New receptionist/office lady, Angel, is very pleasant and actually listens for responses. Joe the business manager did everything to make my prior experience right and took time to hear where things went wrong with prior staff. I have been coming to see Tammy and now Angela for 24 years now and can truly say this team is unbelievable. Everyone I’ve ever met here has been wonderful and so caring. Angela made my most recent prosthetic and it is beautiful and others cannot even tell it’s not real. I am truly thankful everyday for the wonderful ladies in this office who allow me to live a normal life because of my eye. I cannot recommend them enough.
Ocular Restoration made my 89 yr old dads original prosthetic eye after a devastating car accident 60 years ago. They since have maintained the beauty and integrity of his prosthetic and check the health of the eye socket. Every member of their team make you feel you're the best part of their day. From the front office to the awesome Angela that treats my dad with kindness and professionalism. This is a highly specialized form of health care and I highly recommend them if you need their expert care and caring.
I've had my prosthetic eye for almost 12 years, after eye injuries. I'm so, grateful to Angela, for the beautiful work. It's amazing to watch her create and no, people, don't even know, it's a prosthetic. I even forget sometimes. I, so, appreciate the whole staff. They are so, friendly and caring.
