I contacted them in November, then in February via email for an appointment. I called yesterday and was put on hold. The person answering the phone was very dry and unhelpful, argumentative, like didn't want to work. They will not bill your insurance, you will need to pay all upfont. On the web say they take insurance. Waste of time.
