Clean and lots of beds. Anyone who stays downstairs will have to go outside to get upstairs, even if it's raining. There is a big fridge downstairs, but not a full kitchen. A little communication issue in regards to what was provided (example: told us there was a Keurig coffee maker so we bought pods, only to arrive to a traditional maker so we had to go buy coffee filters and ground coffee). Quick access to the beach.
