Tried to reach out to them multiple times by email and phone to get a quote to repair some electrical wiring on my boat and replace the panel switches. Called and emailed Andrea multiple times for 3 months. Andrea says the paperwork is sitting on the owners desk and has been sitting for 3 months. Lack of response and follow up.

One of my boats had an autopilot malfunction and it’s honestly the last thing I needed as a marine ops manager. Octopus Yachts made the process easy, and although I found their hourly rate on the higher end of the industry, it was worth every dollar. Their autopilot Tech (yes, a specialist) was knowledgeable and knew what he was looking at immediately. A couple days late the part arrived and it was installed. They made the process easy and my job easy. Will call again
I am happy to announce that for the first time since I purchased my 1999 Parker 2520 4 years ago that my trim tabs finally operate correctly thanks to Michael from Octopus Yachts! This company is amazing and very transparent for customer convenience! I highly recommend Octopus Yachts for all your boats electronics!
