Ive lived here for almost two years and this place has changed hands 4 times l. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE. this is a slum! There are bug problems, mice problems, electric wiring problems,extended power outages repeatedly, plumbing problems that flooded our entire bottom floor. Took weeks to even get them to give us a front door lock that worked! These townhomes are a disaster and no owner stays long enough to fix a damn thing! Ive been here a year and it has changed hands 4 times. The newest management has come in like they are ready to make great changes and improve the community. Im eager and ready to see what they have to offer. So far we are on a great start!!! Lets keep it up Nicki A and Brittany!!
My husband and I lived there for several years. The place changes hands often. When we first moved in, it was being ran by good genuinely caring private owners who kept the rent fair. It eventually got taken over by management companies who like their steep yearly rent increases and the place is honestly a dump.
