I brought my daughter in for a silk press and I could not be happier with the results! From the moment we walked in, it was welcoming, and professional. The stylist took her time to really care for my daughter’s natural hair—washing, conditioning, and treating it with so much attention before doing the silk press. I would've been a prospective client, unfortunately I was not able to make it in the chair. I don't understand how an appointment can be scheduled at noon, and an hour and a half later, I am still waiting to get serviced. I get that stylists can run over into appointments, but it is completely unprofessional when it is over an hour. Had I stayed, I would probably have started 2 maybe even 3 hours after my scheduled time. A client's time should be treated with just as much consideration.
