I have been going to Jhavaunna since 2017 and have had both my parents bask in her talent! I just had to post after having multiple ppl comment on my hair after my post holiday/pre travel visit. My hair is silky, hydrated, and a web for compliments and curiosity! My trim did not compromise the overall length and brought out the movement and beauty of my hair. Overall my experience was good I am very satisfied with the final results . However I did notice that the weave that was put back in was knotted in a certain place that should have been brought to my attention especially since it was washed by the stylist that did my hair . I also did not appreciate having my natural hair combed so hard that I had to clinch my jaw . I brought my daughter in for a silk press and I could not be happier with the results! From the moment we walked in, it was welcoming, and professional. The stylist took her time to really care for my daughter’s natural hair—washing, conditioning, and treating it with so much attention before doing the silk press.
