Honest and integrity. Great company run by great people.
We have used Octex for our injection molded parts for 2 years now. Adam is great to work with and their quality control is better than other mold houses we have worked with. They have been able to keep up with our increased demand on our parts.
Working as operator and as a Team Lead for several months my supervisor was happy. Then putted me on Omnia project; running good for two weeks until I starting developing a computer software to automatically do part of the job, now i can understand why the "supervisor" is the only person working in that department. Not body note when a supervisor are stopping company development for his own convenience.
Made our mold not as we wished, which in turn caused continued quality issues with our products. Then I had new molds made overseas to replace the ones Octex made and china made five separate molds without asking me (causing an increase in my prices at Octex I could no longer afford). I would have never had to make new molds if Octex made them gated correctly as I asked in the beginning. Gave blanket P.Os for 8-10 months and had to beg for product too many times one box at a time.
