Hopeless, useless, worthless, lack of service, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, I have recently changed providers and so far so good. Octec should be ashamed of themselves!!! Also threatening to cut my payments off if I don’t attend to appointments which they can’t do as Centrelink have said.
