Teddy and the team at Octeau's Plumbing were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. First of all, they performed a detailed inspection of the septic tank at the property we were purchasing and were very comprehensive. Mrs. O'Sullivan. I admit the paperwork got screwed up. Thank you USPS. Your closing was not delayed. We are replacing the tank for the new owners. I will be sure to post pictures of the broken tank when we expose it, to show that a bag of cement wont fix it like your other guy said.
Ted failed to get permits needed to install a new tank and screwed up timing for house sale. Lied about his sending in papers. Full of b.s.
