Doctor Norma is an amazing doctor , we truly love her and so does my daughter. However, the staff is the worst . They don’t answer the phones , it’s like the have phones at the office for decorations. They don’t call back , the wait takes forever because they are always huddled talking to each other and honestly the patients and their parents are there because their kids health is a priority nobody cares about where you got your nails done or what your husband did.
