I have been a patient for a long time. He is the only doctor that listen to his patients. He does not play with your health. He really cares. He is leaving my insurance and I have to stay. He has been involved with caring for my health for a long time. Makes sense.
I LOVE DR VELASCO but not the front office staff and their lack of professionalism for patients concerns or needs. I lost faith in the communication in-between. My husband and I have been made to feel it's our fault for the last time for this said miscommunication, after 10 years I won't be back.
