I have been an NHS patient at this clinic since moving to the area over 17 years ago. In 2020 I could not attend any appointments due to Covid and soon after in 2022/2024 because I was receiving chemotherapy for breast cancer. Despite this I was told (by this practice) that due to my circumstances I would not be deregistered as an NHS patient. I attended as soon as I could six months ago and was billed as an NHS patient.
