To describe my experience working with Octavia Harris is that it was simply amazing. She went above and beyond to assist me with closing and even after closing she was there to help with whatever l needed to settle into my new home. I.personally feel that she has been more than a realtor but became a friend.I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great realtor because l promise you that she will keep everything intact.
Octavia is fantastic! She's such a friendly and genuine agent who will have you entertained throughout your buying or selling transaction. She's very supportive and knowledgeable in the Real Estate industry. She also makes herself available to her clients, which nowadays is hard to find. A true gem.
Very disappointed in the way Octavia Harris conducts business. This person recently tried doing business with one of my colleagues and she refused to pay before the work started which is a standard policy for most small businesses. She then proceeded to post very derogatory and inappropriate comments online targeting the business and making false claims. If this is the kind of behavior and business practice she's involved with I would think twice before hiring her.
Octavia is the best Realtor in her market, well versed from beginner homes to multi-million dollar properties. What sets her apart from others is how much she truly cares about her clients. While other Realtors will do whatever they have to just to close a deal, Octavia will be the first to tell her clients not to buy/sell if it's not in their best interest.
