This review is for my experience with Keyon Button, who handles the relet process. My student had signed a lease with Octave back in 2025 for the school year 2026-27. He is transferring to another school, and hence we needed to cancel/relet his lease. One of his friends wanted to relet the place from him. They both approached Octave to start the relet process.
