Very bad experience with this apartment. Even after all of the residents had moved out and the unit was completely vacant, we were still charged an extremely high electricity bill. It makes no sense that a unit with no occupants could continue generating such expensive charges. The management may try to say that they are not responsible because the electricity is billed by a third party or utility company. However, that does not excuse the lack of assistance. This review is for my experience with Keyon Button, who handles the relet process. My student had signed a lease with Octave back in 2025 for the school year 2026-27. He is transferring to another school, and hence we needed to cancel/relet his lease. One of his friends wanted to relet the place from him. They both approached Octave to start the relet process.
