They’ve been really great so far! I have not moved in yet, so I cannot speak for the negative experiences other people have had here. I personally do not mind loud noises, as I prefer a nice and friendly living space. I have had great experiences after signing my lease, too: management has responded to emails very respectfully and in a timely manner. The apartment is amazing, you get friendly stuff, efficient repairs and short commute to your classrooms (for engineering students) Highly recommended:)
Actual hidden gem, I recommend this place to any engineering majors as it’s 10 minutes from all the engineering buildings. Pretty pricey but you get what you pay for with luxury amenities and a modern, spacey apartment. One of the few apartments on campus with a pool. Right next to the grocery store too.
The best staff!
The maintenance service is efficient, and the rooms are nice and spacious; definitely a better choice than university housing.
