Exceptional service by the leasing office. A great location close to almost everything you may need. Apartments and amenities are very clean and well maintained.
Came by to check out the apartments and had a great experience with the team there. The agents were very kind and answered all my questions without any issue. The apartments are very nice and clean. Overall, no complaints and may be moving here in the future.
I am absolutely in love with this apartment complex!! Very convenient to all things Nashville. I can cancel my gym membership because the gym facility here is to die for!! The staff is very accommodating and so sweet. Anytime I have a question, the girls are always on it for me. So happy I have discovered this place!
No amenities, zero accountability. Paid for valet trash for over 8 months just to take it out myself. Parking was completely unconfirmed and charged parking tickets with zero heads up on adjusted street parking. No maintenance on staff so brand new technical issues take weeks to schedule and confirm. They don’t operate on your behalf. The leasing office is locked 24/7 and the leasing attendant walks around the premise and is never in the office. Complete face palm facility leaving after less than a year.
