The apartment itself is amazing, over the course of our lease we had a few minor maintenance issues that were handled quickly and done with care. The maintenance team could not be more amazing! As far as the management and leasing office is concerned, they literally could not be worse. Impossible to get a straight answer from them, and if they say they will call you back, they wont, they just want you off the phone or out of their face. I came in to tour closed off with reservations about the moving process and her kind, attentive attitude completely turned mine around. She was knowledgeable, patient, extremely welcoming, very personable, and truly made me feel right at home.
