I’ve moved in and out of Nashville for jobs/ school, and have come back to Octave every time. The leasing agents are incredibly helpful and responsive, same with the maintenance team. I also love the location and proximity to downtown and 12 South!
Loses packages constantly.
The apartment itself is amazing, over the course of our lease we had a few minor maintenance issues that were handled quickly and done with care. The maintenance team could not be more amazing! As far as the management and leasing office is concerned, they literally could not be worse. Impossible to get a straight answer from them, and if they say they will call you back, they wont, they just want you off the phone or out of their face.
