Alex is a great personal trainer that drives athletes to achieve their goals. He works with a variety of different athletes and age groups. Many have gone D1 through his program and he has worked with many NFL stars in creating camps. Some might feel intimidated to train, but Alex’s personality and coaching style is fit for anyone!
