I had scratched my car in a few places over the course of a year and wanted to get it fixed. I had gotten a few quotes in the range of $600+ from other places. When I went to Octane, Darren had a look at my car and explained how we could get just as good a result with minimum cost. He explained the pros and cons of each approach clearly and why certain things cost the way they do. I spent half an hour waiting in the office and my car was fixed up at a fraction of the cost !
seriously amazing service with incredible workers, shoutout to ryan and the rest of the team! saved us from an almost disastrous day, they managed to fit us in and fix our car issues within 15 minutes even though they were understaffed and busy throughout the process they were kind, professional, empathetic, and honest :) will be my #1 choice for future car repair needs!
My car overheated this morning in the local area. I walked to Octane Motors and asked for help. The staff were exceptional, helpful and very kind! They provided me with water bottles and a cloth to open the radiator! Much appreciated. Thank you. I will return!
This place has been my father in law's mechanic for a long time, and we recently started taking his car there for them. My experience has been that they're always happy to help - scrupulously honest, and do quality work. What more could you want in a mechanic. They have a very long backlog as a warning - so be prepared to book servicing 6 weeks in advance.
