Great gym, great instructors. Beyond that rarely do you find yourself rooting for the business owner. Great place to do CrossFit... Just please don't make my classes get too full
I dropped in for the 5 AM class today and had a wonderful time. It was a large class, but there was plenty of room. The coach structured class well the athletes were very friendly! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
