Great training facility
A workout I have been able to commit to for more than a year - which is a feat in itself. I'm not a "gym" person, but Octagon in no way feels like a gym. Kickboxing is a whole body workout, but the time in class flies because we have ro much fun. Kim & David are very knowledgeable and professional. They encourage without being aggressive or condescending.
My family has been taking weekly lessons for 9 months and will likely continue for many years. David is a very professional instructor for both children and adults. He is very good at tailoring your objectives to the lessons and brings his expertise and knowledge to help you understand, retain, and become proficient in offense and defense. For the health and safety aspect, I highly recommend Octagon to anyone that is interested in self-defense or general martial arts training.
My kids started with Octagon gym about a month ago and they love it. The instructors and all staff are extremely friendly and patient and I appreciate that alot.
