Great workout and energy buster for my kid! He loves it! Instructors are great and truly care about their students and families. Definetly recommend.
I trained at Octagon Gym when it first opened back in 2009 and after a few years, work and life got so busy i stopped…. over a decade later I started going back just over a month ago now with my family, and not only has the gym grown in both programs and equipment, but the coaches and owners have welcomed us back with open arms and it’s like no time had passed at all! Love this place great for adults and kids!
I went with one of my buddy's for the Muay Thai class they had. Signed a waiver and had a blast. I'm definitely coming back some time soon!
