Last time you rang me, I was told the call would be between 9am and 2pm (Fri 22/08/2025). I was contacted at 3.21pm. I was told yesterday (27/08/25) that I'd receive a call at 8.30am. I'm still waiting, but you sent me a link to describe my recent experience, even though I have not yet been contacted! There seems to be either a communication problem between the reception staff and the doctors, or there is a level of incompetence unbecoming of the entire staff and management. Me and my parner recently changed to Octagon Medical Center as our previous GP (Bolton Medical Center) were awful. After literally our first appointment here we’re being helped for things we have been trying for over a year to get help with. Extremely polite doctors and reception staff. Very welcoming and helpful, thank you so much.
