Hey to the clown driving today you almost wiped my car out with my kids. This company has had previous complaints by the look of it on google reviews with driving. Wouldn’t touch there business if you paid me. Don’t be such an arrogant irresponsible driver on the road. Have handed footage to police

Be aware they are extremely expensive if they need to come out on a weekday (informed them it was not urgent) to check something that isn't working. They deemed it to be working after clicking the button back in its place from behind the panel, then sent an invoice for $520. They were in the centre for 10 minutes. No replacement parts required. Unreasonable and when it was a weekend call out, it was closer to $1,000 for the same amount of time to reset the lift that had stopped working. We now put the lift out of order if it... read more

I highly recommend not using Octagon lifts. They were terrible at repairing a simple problem in the lifts door closing too quickly which was a hazard. They are incompetent and their customer service isn't up to scratch. Please use another company that can handle these issues efficiently and effectively.
