I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Octagon Dental regarding my Invisalign package. Despite investing a significant amount of money, the overall communication and service have fallen far short of my expectations. I cannot recommend this practice enough. My 9-year-old was showing evidence of extreme overcrowding. With a family history of complex orthodontic treatment we enquired about the possibility of Invisalign first. We have nearly completed her treatment and wow is all I can say. Sarah and Philip’s knowledge have made this process stress free and consistent not only for us as parents but our little girl as well. My experience at octagon dental has been incredible every step of the way. I was a very complex case that involved a lot before I could even start my Invisalign treatment, I was a very nervous patient but the whole team have been such a great support to me through the journey. To now be super close to the end is an amazing feeling. I never thought I’d be happy with my smile but I absolutely love it and i am so grateful to the whole team for being so caring and giving me the best care possible. I can’t recommend them enough.
I cannot recommend Octagon Dental Enough!! My husband had such a complex with his teeth and a fear of the dentist. Phillip, Sarah and the team Went above and beyond to ensure that he felt comfortable and relaxed at all times.
