Customer service terrible
I made a report on my bike missing and it was found two days after the report was made. I had completed my trip to the octa lost and found which was on Google maps as i spoke to an attendant at the front window and he reviewed my information to confirm my identity to retrieve my Gt bike. Thank you to all of today!
They've always been able to find my list items but they close too early
I am very disappointed in OTCA lost and found departments directly working in the list found departments. I am shocked that you can go into OTCA corp building honestly thinking My sons Motorola g 5 network 2024 make model moto would not physically locate and digitally location found and confirmed What makes this type of actions with OTCA staff that think they can go around stealing other employees devices etc Wrong I am now ashamed that my dad was David Lee Hughes AKA Father Time Hughes Civil service DOD.
