Lost my WALLET and they keep saying they haven't seen it and it's been TWO weeks, if I don't get it back soon they'll be looking for an attorney instead of my damn wallet..sent me through hoops and are still refusing to tell me where it is, my driver said himself that he had already turned it into this location so they can't keep making up these stories

Totally spaced my bike on the bus. Got off the bus and walked away. Called the lost and found. Told them which route I was on and what time. They located my bike. Gave me a claim number. Verified my property with discription over the phone. Set up an appointment. Recovered my bike.
