Justin at OCSM has been an amazing hitting coach for my son. His drills are rigorous and intense, and precisely what my son needed. His batting average has seen a significant jump, and I have noticed an increase in his power and hand/eye coordination!

I had a hunch to visit OCSM because I wasn't able to consistently communicate with the staff through email yet alone connect with someone via telephone. I made a wise decision and hit the jackpot!! Extremely grateful for the team at OCSM! Robert, Lauren, and the entire staff have always made me feel welcomed and invested in my fitness goals. Robert creates monthly programs that are both challenging and fun, and there’s always multiple trainers available to assist with my workouts. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
5+ stars! I can't recommend OCSM enough. This is not a gym - it's a community of awesome people, all working hard to better themselves. Owners, coaches, and members are welcoming and encouraging. I walked in the door with zero knowledge or experience. If you show up ready to work, they'll guide you through the rest. The work I put in here makes me better at everything else I have on my plate, with my family and in my career.
