Would highly recommend OCS. Andy the salesman was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and couldn't do enough to help us. The car we purchased had a few minor issues which he said he would fix before pick up and he did without question. We have bought previously from OCS and would definitely recommend to anyone looking at purchasing a second hand car at a good price. A+++++
Bought car with an issue of no heating. Brought it back to them a handful of times. Never fixed properly, they even promised they replaced the heater matrix. Found out Eventually in another garage that heater matrix was bad and had damaged the egr valve and water pump. Was a massive bill to fix then. Avoid!
Showed nothing but kindness and respect. They made everything smooth as possible. They were all so lovely and it was a pleasure meeting them all. And it was a lovely experience buying my car from them. Brilliant customer service!!!! Nothing was too much trouble. Highly highly recommended them. Thank you so much
