We recently moved back to the GC after being overseas for a few years and needed a car while we sorted out a more permanent solution. Things didn't go as planned so we needed to keep contacting Liz and the Surfers team to extend our hire. RIP OFF company , we had a minor damage under the car ! A small plastic fixing point after having to leave a $2,500 deposit for damages ( as we don't have a visa card) Replaced in a couple of days. No communication, no invoice just ripped off $1300...... We will pursue this with industry ombudsman and state fair trade

I have been continually using OCR at surfers paradise for my choice of car rentals for 2 years now when I visit Queensland and without fail my experience is always friendly, respectful and professional in every aspect! Awesome business, if you need a car rental, then this is the place to go. No hidden costs , no miscommunication. If we need a car again in Surfers, we'll be back.
