I can't say enough about OCR Academy. Great staff, Great facilities, Great programs. An excellent experience.
Josh and the staff at OCR are very friendly and knowledgeable in all things related to obstacle races, and their facility is the best place in Ottawa that I've found to help me prepare for the Calabogie Spartan races. Leading up to a race, I schedule weekly training at the OCR specifically focused on the various obstacles for the coming races. I thought it was a very fun and challenging place with much more variety than I had expected.
Appreciated that the workshop was a private event - made it easy to concentrate on the training and tips. Joshua shared excellent advice. I'll be back!
