Awesome facility! Our soccer team had a blast, well organized!
Disappointing customer service experience. I went in for the free trial after hearing positive things and even confirmed my spot by email five days in advance using the schedule provided by Vienna. Unfortunately, they failed to mention that the facility would be closed for a special event at the time I booked. When I pointed out that I had confirmed by email, the response came across as dismissive, almost as if it didn’t matter.
