Please stay well away from this business!! Unfortunately Blair did not pick up on old termite damage during a pre-purchase inspection on our property. His inspection was not thorough enough and the flow-on effects are incredibly devastating. The damage was only identified during a termite specialist routine inspection after we moved in.
