Made it in for an appointment for a root canal. We got there early and everything. Front desk staff were incredibly disrespectful of our time and frequently kept avoiding talking to us. We started the appointment 45 minutes late because they wouldn't give us the necessary paperwork and process everything. Come time to actually operate, they inform us they actually didn't have time for us and we would need to reschedule. Awful experience. Was here to get a root canal on 5/2/24. Confirmed my insurance and that the procedure would in fact be happening, a week in advance over the phone. Arrived 15 minutes early. The front staff did not give me the full paperwork I needed to complete check-in, and were extremely unresponsive and rude when I asked for said paperwork. Dr. Sirjani is phenomenal!! My tooth was really sensitive and did the root canal with ease. I highly recommend him!!!
