Earlier this month I took my 13 month old puppy to a local clinic in Green Bay WI where they assured me my puppy had a rare shunt and would need at $3,800-5,000 surgery or I needed to put him to sleep asap, I took him to Dr Holder for a 2nd opinion at the referral of a family member who also had a good experience with him.
