I went here to get my oil changed Monday. The guy changing my oil took it upon himself to remove a giant piece of plastic under my truck that protects the heat pan. When I noticed today (friday) my husband went back and demanded it back, the guy said upon giving it back it didn't do anything anyway. Looking further the hard plastic piece was not given back only the fabric inside the plastic. This is unacceptable and we will be contacting the manager about this.
