Money hungry clinic with an incompetent staff. If you care for the wellbeing of your pets go elsewhere, even if it means spending slightly more. At least they would be healthier and survive. They’re completely careless with no sense of urgency, no professionalism and zero empathy. They just care about getting your money for poor service.
