Requested a medication 2 months ago. Got a call to pay for it prior to it even being dosed or ordered. This was never the case prior. Nothing is ever in stock or even being ordered anymore and they now expect you to pay over the phone before something is ordered (that is if they even end up ordering it). While I always expect delays and mistakes, this clinic is now an absolute disorganized mess. I suspect new management is the reason for the noticeable decline in quality and client satisfaction. Had visited... Overall, Ridhwan was so welcoming as well as the young lady at the desk... Not only did they take my cat for an emergency situation but they made sure that everything was completed... My cat made a full recovery... Just brought in my kitten and he was also handled with care and patience... I'm so thankful to the team and again for Ridhwan who made sure the whole visit was a comfortable and pleasant ... Not to forget that prices are amazing.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. (No tiren su tiempo ni dinero aquí). I came in specifically for a deworming pill for my dog, and it was a total scam. They told me they had it, but after making me wait for over an hour, they said they didn't even have the medication. The worst part is that they forced a 'consultation' on me that I never requested, just to charge me $ for doing absolutely nothing. They didn't provide the medicine, wasted my time, and stole my money. Very unprofessional and dishonest business. Look for ... read more
