*UPDATE: our dog, our sweet baby boy, passed away yesterday. We are devastated. Very disappointed with the service here. 0 stars if I could. My dog is now in ICU and going to die due to lack of assessment and prescription of a medication his system just could not handle. If there is a way to sue for malpractice, we will be doing so.

I am extremely disappointed and heartbroken over the way my dog Bella’s care was handled. Bella was not just a dog. She was my best buddy and deeply loved by more than 100 people. She never hurt anyone and brought love and happiness to everyone around her. She deserved compassion, patience, and the best possible care. Bella was seen by three doctors, and she went through two rounds of sedation. Despite all of this, she continued to suffer, and ultimately I lost her. Do NoT and I mean it do not take your pet there they sedated my dog twice and killed Bella my beautifull friendly dog my best friend my companion I cannot belive it . Also they want to extra charge me while I already paid every dollar to them they call me randomly after Bella death 1 month later asking for more money that I didnt pay I paid every visit to the doctor prior to them to help Bella and neither of them did . I do not recommend anyone taking there pets there or contributing to this facility.
My little Princess was not feeling well for over a week! They were kind enough to squeeze her in between the appointments. I walked in and after a short amount of time doctor visited my little one! She is doing amazing because of you guys! Thank you team
