I sent paperwork needed to get my 92 year old Mom into a care home, She has been seeing Dr. O’Connor for more than 30 years. One of the girls was nice enough to let me know it was received and she would leave it on the doctors desk. Now a week and a half has gone by. I’ve left at least eight voicemail messages. No one will pick up the phone and no one has given me the courtesy of a call back.
I’ve been a patient for many years. I’m always treated with kindness and compassion. Dr Pat really listens and doesn’t rush your appt. I’m moving out of the area and will miss her greatly.
