Working with Bill, and the amazing team at O’ Connor, Parsons, Lane and Noble was a very pleasant experience. They were highly communicative, most helpful, and most kind. There was always an aura of confidence when working with them, always keeping spirits bright no matter what time of year. Their kindness was most appreciated. Everyone I worked with was very empathetic, intelligent, and always got straight to the point. Great team to work with!

Bill Lane did a great job on our malpractice suit regarding my father’s death which traced back to mistakes in a surgery 30 years ago as a major contributing factor! Due to the length of time passed, unavailability of complete records, inability to depose all who participated in the surgery we were capped by NJ state law - but - Bill was able to negotiate a settlement within $12k of the cap! I came to Bill Lane with a fairly challenging case. Bill took the case on, lined up all the necessary experts, and put together a compelling case that resulted in a positive outcome. Working with Bill’s assistant, Jamie, and one of his attorneys Vilsen was always a pleasure. Everyone at the firm’s practice responded In a timely manner. Hopefully, I won’t need their services again, but if I did, I would gladly work with them.

Finding an attorney is one of the hardest things I had to do. We live in PA and needed a NJ attorney. I was truely blessed to find this world class firm. They were not like the 3 other firms referred to us. They physically came to our house and interviewed me. They took my case. We had many hurdles due to Covid and courts being closed then.
