Bill Lane did a great job on our malpractice suit regarding my father’s death which traced back to mistakes in a surgery 30 years ago as a major contributing factor! Due to the length of time passed, unavailability of complete records, inability to depose all who participated in the surgery we were capped by NJ state law - but - Bill was able to negotiate a settlement within $12k of the cap! I came to Bill Lane with a fairly challenging case. Bill took the case on, lined up all the necessary experts, and put together a compelling case that resulted in a positive outcome. Working with Bill’s assistant, Jamie, and one of his attorneys Vilsen was always a pleasure. Everyone at the firm’s practice responded In a timely manner. Hopefully, I won’t need their services again, but if I did, I would gladly work with them.
