A little bit torn on this one. Have bought multiple equipment from here and always used them for my mower servicing and sharpening. Spring time had my cyclinder mower chain replaced/repaired. Fast forward to winter after the cutting season. I go over my mower to give it a clean and discover the chains thickly covered in grease. Surely it isn't common practice to smother chains in thick grease that allows grass and sand to stick to it and create a thick sandy grinding glug over your chains. Was this a mistake? I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe this experience should be shared. In October 2025, I purchased a whipper snipper attachment that had a manufacturing defect from the very first use. I returned it the following day and was told it would be sent to the manufacturer for assessment. After that, I received no phone call, email, or update. Wonderful friendly service and Technican know how to suit
Very reliable and supportive of helping your needs whether over the counter or by email/phone calls. The only negative is the slow timing to receive ordered parts which may not be their issue. They are my go to company in this field .
