I have been receiving top notch care from Thomas O'Connor since the early days. The staff are friendly. The owner is very knowledgeable. He has built a great deal of trust over the last decade and a half by not only sharing that knowledge, but being up front and honest about what to expect.
Ms. Williams was very helpful in providing guidance on getting my mother’s hearing aid repaired.
I needed new hearing aids recently after life issues had me stop using them for 4 years. I was intrigued by the online adds and made some calls. Everything from the online adds would have me working over the phone and computer, no one on one in person. Tom has a wealth of experience and along with evaluating my hearing issues, does a great job of describing the strength and weaknesses of various brands of hearing aids, allowing me to make an informed decision balancing cost vs features.
