Met with Dr. O'Connor and she listened to my concern. I met with her nurse and she also listened to my concern. Both very compassionate and they have a nice personality and sense of humor. Dr. O'Connor explained each step of the examination and she put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend her.
I had my first visit with Dr. O"Conner this morning and found her to be such a lovely professional woman who was quite knowledgeable. I was concerned going to my appointment and she put me at ease with her kindness, There was no pain involved at all and during the exam she told me every thing she was doing. I would recommend her in a heat beat and I will return for follow up care.
Dr O'Connor put me through an excruciating procedure after I told her I was in terrible pain and asked for something to make the procedure tolerable. She did not numb me or offer anything else to ease the pain. No empathy before, during or after the treatment, and when I complained, she "discharged" me from seeing any other doctor in the practice. The worst experience I have ever had in a doctor's office.
I had my first visit with Dr Oconnor for hemorrhoids and found her to be a wonderful Dr..I was very nervous about the visit because I had a painful inflamation. We first spoke in her office about my symptoms and after our talk I felt more relaxed about the exam.The examination was not painful at all she was very gentle and concerned for my comfort. I went to see Dr O'Connor because I have hemorrhoids. She seems like a nice woman, and her staff is pleasant. This was my first experience with this type of exam so I knew nothing. I assumed there would be an internal part of it, but did not expect it to be so painful. Just how painful it was going to be and how the procedure was going to take place was not explained until I was in the exam room, and even than only when the Dr. came in and began the procedure.
