had them for 3-4 years. Easiest thing about this company is giving them your money. Never got called about cheaper rates considering I have an “agent” I called once before and asked why my rate went up 2 years ago and got told it was just inflation. After getting a new vehicle and transferring plates I had the BIGGEST headache with this company and they only realized they made a mistake after a month of me calling the 2 other companies for them, will. Never. Use. Again.
About 6 months ago I got tired of my insurance company and what they weren't doing for me any longer, it was a big decision after 25 years with the same company, so happy I did! Ryan and the team at O'Connors is amazing, you call them, they answer the phone and give you the answer you need, what a novel idea...Should you be reading this, your probably asking those same questions. I highly recommend, make the switch, best decision. Joe
Me and my wife have been with the business for years and they are always kind, responsive, and very professional! Update: 4 years after my last review, and over 10 years of providing me and my wife services, I finally had my first car accident! Hit a deer head on after dark and totaled my midsize suv. One of the worst times in my life until O’Connor informed me I had animal collision coverage and my totaled vehicle was being dealt with.
