I can’t recommend Carpet Court highly enough. Michael was the most engaging yet concise salesman I have encountered. Gave me the information I needed and let me look around the store. Gregor my installer was kind, efficient and hard working doing the entire job solo. I was super impressed with his demeanour and service. He is a credit to the team. Thanks for a job well done my lounge looks amazing and the carpet super comfortable to walk on.

Check they have actually have stock of the product you want before you hand over a 50% deposit and book the install...After multiple trips to the store we were called days later on 2 separate occasions and told 'sorry, stock is discontinued' or 'there is no stock at all' on 2 different products. Offered alternatives however were not what we wanted. Everything we chose seemed to be 'discontinued or out of stock'- my suggestion, maybe dont have it on display in the showroom??
