I purchased carpet from Jordein @ O’Connor store who was very helpful with the selection. Kylie in the office organised the install swiftly and was very polite. Mike the carpet layer was very professional and did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend this store.
We made a decision to carpet our 2 x 1 bedroom Unit 12 months ago. And that is when we met Brendan from O’Connor Carpet Court. Unable to decide what carpet to choose was never an issue as he gave us samples to take home and try. When we finally decided on the carpet we wanted, Brendan came to our Unit, measured up, and offered us sound advice too. We had a great experience with Carpet Court O'Connor. From assistance with selecting the right carpet though to installation, they were helpful and professional. The end result is beautiful.
Professional and great service, Gregor fitted the carpets with pride.
I am very happy with my floors and my installer was awesome and accomodating. However, I am now $500 over my installation amount as they throw on costs which are not explained at the consult. I have sent an email questioning these charges and they don’t respond to you. Would give 1 star if it wasn’t for installer and quality of workmanship on floors.
