Initially, I was very unhappy with the way I was treated by Jo Ann. She was rude and unprofessional on the phone, and it made me question whether I would ever use this company again. Fortunately, Brian took the time to listen to my situation and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. He truly restored my confidence in the company. Brian exemplifies excellent customer service, and you need more employees like him. He definitely deserves recognition for his outstanding work.
Great experience with the O'Connor collisions center . VIP treatment. The work looked great afterwards. Appointment was only a few days so I didn’t have to wait a month before I got to fixed and was right back on the road again. Both gentlemen in the office were business like , polite and extremely helpful all the way around. Thank you so much .
I have never seen such bad service like this place in my life. They took money for the oil change of my guaranteed vehicle. The most important thing is the rudeness of the service woman who thinks she is Queen Elizabeth. I tried very hard not to lose control.this women very Annoying .Please think twice before taking your vehicle here.
Never have I ever been treated with such VIP status when dealing with repairs and insurance claims. They literally handled everything (rental pick up and drop off as well) and all I needed to do was hand my keys over. Honestly, they were more helpful than my Insurance. Remarkable team all around and a special shout out to the Mechanics! They made my Rogue beautiful again!
Jo in the collision center is beyond amazing. for a young women it can be a little nerve-racking going into a place like this. Jo was extremely kind, knowledgeable, personable, and so funny. I also had a difficult time finding the collision center, so I stopped by the O’Connors part shop, and the guys directed me to the right place. all around 10/10 experience.
