Huge thanks to O'Connell's for their recent replacement of one air conditioner and repairs to another.Both air conditioners working simultaneously are using less power than the one replaced. The technicians were great; informative, patient, courteous, helpful and tidy. They coped with kids under school age, animals, awkward work sites and old buildings, never mind residents ! Very pleased with the courteous and professional service from O'Connells. Right from my initial phone enquiry I was impressed by the helpful and professional attitude of Dean (he answered the phone). Service Technician, Brady, arrived spot on time (after a 65km drive to our home). He did a thorough check of our ducted Air Conditioning system. We'll definitely be using O'Connells for our future Air Conditioning service/maintenance.
I have used O'Connell's Refrigeration & Airconditioning for over 20 years across a number of different properties (and friends properties) for all my heating and cooling requirements. Great value, highly professional and exceptional quality. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
