As we kicked off looking for a local and highly rated estate planning firm in Metrowest Mass, we found O'Connell Law to have a bit of an attitude through emails and not as warm and open as other firms such as Heritage Law Center or Cali Law or Kristine Romano. Other firms provided much better initial email answers before setting up the initial meeting. The other firms all offer a no obligation free 1 hour meeting. We worked closely with this Faiza and team to draft our will and estate planning. This seemed like a very overwhelming project, but she walked us through every step and made sure we understood the implications of all our decisions. She took the time to understand our unique goals and developed a plan that would meet those goals. She recently met with us again 3 years later to update all our documents, as our family needs changed. I cannot recommend her enough to anyone embarking on this process!

We enjoyed working with the group at O'Connell Law to create our living trust and all the related documents that are so important these days. Our attorney, Faiza, is great at explaining both the process and leading us through the details. The office staff is quite capable at signing time and a pleasure to work with. We also ran several of the key documents, names changed to protect the innocent, through several AIs and found nothing negative. There were comments as to how complete and thorough the document set was.
