Butchering healthy trees in the village of East Aurora. They have a contract with GoNetSpeed and NYSEG to perform this work for a service the residents of the village had no say in and do not want. O'Connell refuses to be forthcoming with private property owners, sneaks onto their property when they aren't home, and has zero transparency with and respect for homeowners.

Zero lack of respect for personal property all the while providing zero proof of their easements. Butchering healthy trees across the village of East Aurora like their lives depend on it.

In October of this year, National Grid subcontracted this company to cut back tree limbs from the power lines. Needless to say, they hacked the trees in my neighborhood! They left two of my pine trees looking like toothpicks in my lawn. Fast forward, 3 days later I called the company and explained how they left the trees and asked if they would come back and just top them off. I was told by a supervisor or whatever he was that someone would be over with a form that I could sign and it would be done. Here we are in the later ... read more
