Oconnell Corp. started our pool project and finished it quickly with the decking and screened enclosure all completed on schedule. Every pool service crew was friendly, professional, and very responsive from start to finish. The excavation team, the installers, the deck crew, Stanley and his team who handled the multi-color acrylic deck coating, the enclosure crew, and Kyle, who managed the details, cleanup, pool school, final quality checks, and customer care, all did an excellent job. I found Dustin through a neighborhood app for pool cleaning. He came by, explained his price for weekly pool maintenance and skimmer service, and asked if I wanted the work done that same day, which i did. now he comes every week, checks in with me, brushes the pool, keeps the water balanced, and takes care of the cleaning before heading out. i really wish other home service companies were as thorough, reliable, and prompt as he is, especially with how important regular pool care is in Cape Coral’s warm weather.
Definitely excellent pool service from Oconnell Corp. If you're looking for a skilled, dependable team for pool care, repairs, and equipment help, this is the right choice. Kyle is very knowledgeable and clearly understands pool systems better than many technicians I have dealt with. He was honest, helpful, and focused on what the pool actually needed without pushing extra equipment or unnecessary work, which I really appreciate. From the friendly person answering the phone to the field service team, everyone has gone above ... read more
